Job Title: Business Development Manager B2B

Job Summary:

BikeFinder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager B2B to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our state-of-the-art tracking solution and software portfolio to B2B and OEM markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Tracking Solution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth of our tracking solution, including software portfolio products, to OEM bike brands.
  • Sales of Tracking Solution and Fleet Management Solutions: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with B2B and bike rentals/leasing companies to drive sales of our tracking solution and fleet management solutions.
  • Sales of Aftermarket Tracking Solution: Establish relationships with distributors and retailers to drive sales of our aftermarket tracking solution.
  • Establish New Sales Channels: Develop and execute plans to establish new sales channels through distributors and retailers.
  • Management of Existing Sales Channels: Manage existing sales channels, providing hands-on product training and Key Account Management programs to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the bike industry.
  • Skills: Excellent sales and customer acquisition skills, ability to understand and pitch technical products and SaaS solutions, and ability to navigate work tools like Salesforce and Teams.
  • Language Skills: Excellent oral and written English skills required, with other languages a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
