LöhneDer Lohn für diese Position beträgt ca. 80.000 - 110.000 Euro pro Jahr, abhängig von der Erfahrung und Qualifikation des Kandidaten.
AufgabenDie Hauptaufgabe dieser Rolle ist es, ein CSM-Team disziplinarisch und fachlich zu führen. Dabei sind die Gesamtheitliche Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Customer Experience Teams sowie Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse im Bereich Customer Experience sowie Umsetzung der jeweiligen notwendigen Maßnahmen zur weiteren Wertschöpfung enthalten.
Vorausgesetzte Kenntnisse und FähigkeitenUm diese Position erfolgreich auszufüllen, benötigen wir einen Kandidaten mit mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung im Umfeld Customer Success Management, Customer Experience Management. Darüber hinaus sollten Sie Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder BWL vorteilhaft oder alternative Ausbildungswege besitzen.
