About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with an exceptional experience that reflects the company's high standards. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining a strong relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a friendly and empathetic ambassador for the company, representing the brand professionally and building trust with customers.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Customer Interaction Center by sharing innovative ideas and best practices.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a structured and organized approach to work, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A native level of German with proficient English language skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury customer service or a related field (hotel industry).
  • Current residence in Berlin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly understand customers' needs and empathize with them.
  • A structured and well-organized approach to work.
  • Bonus: experience working in the automotive industry.
