About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portuguese Customer Experience and Content Specialist in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp, while working collaboratively with our marketing team to create and implement an effective SEO strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Portuguese to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage bookings efficiently and proactively to ensure a smooth process
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement an SEO strategy that drives results
  • Create and manage Portuguese content for our website, working closely with our content team

Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and excellent command of English
  • Motivation to generate awareness for our product and brand
  • A strong sense of detail and perfect grammar
  • Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian) is a plus
  • The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program
  • The internship duration is minimum 3 months
Working Conditions

We offer a competitive salary, which includes €600-€800 per month based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy flexible working hours, full compensatory time off for accumulated overtime, and a monthly allowance for home-office expenses.
