Job Overview:
Raisin seeks a Senior Customer Experience Manager to lead daily operations of our Customer Service teams, ensuring smooth front- and back-office activities, and driving accountability from outsourced service providers. The ideal candidate will analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement and implement performance metrics to measure and enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Operations: Plan, monitor, and steer daily operations, oversee outsourced service providers, and build relationships with vendors.
- Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Analyze customer service data, implement KPIs, and prepare operational forecasts to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify operational constraints, propose solutions, and lead initiatives to amend customer communications based on feedback and operational insights.
- Communication and Reporting: Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, providing clear data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer service operations or steering role, data analysis, managing outsourced service providers, and vendor relationships. Proficiency in data analysis tools, strong understanding of KPIs, and performance management techniques.
