We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with current customers and maximizing customer lifetime value within assigned portfolios.
You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize product utilization, and drive outcomes that exceed customer expectations. This role requires a consultative approach, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of customer objectives and needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex IT systems, communicating with high-level executives, and maintaining presence and composure in high-pressure situations. A background in IT security and CRM software, such as Salesforce, is also highly desirable.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
