About the Role

At MILES Mobility GmbH, we're seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our international team. As a key point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support and ensuring their needs are met.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • You will assist customers in resolving issues related to ongoing rentals, vehicle functions, app usage, and payment options.
  • You will work efficiently to provide effective solutions and filter important information to report any malfunctions to your colleagues and other teams.
  • You will prioritize accuracy in completing customer requests to deliver high-quality service.
Your Experience and Skills
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy assisting customers in need.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal/written English, Dutch, and French.
  • You have experience using customer support software and are familiar with working in a team environment.
  • You embody a positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
