We are a leading digital marketplace for freelance teams, and we're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager at Vicoland, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Job OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
You will work closely with our CEO and Head of Business Development to translate strategy into concrete action plans and execute them effectively. You will also manage the sales cycle from new customer acquisition to contract negotiations and building long-term relationships.
- Work directly with the CEO and Head of Business Development to develop and execute business growth strategies
- Manage the sales cycle, including new customer acquisition, contract negotiations, and relationship-building
- Collaborate with Account Directors and subject experts to deliver high client satisfaction and corresponding revenue
- Develop and implement processes to improve business development efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities and take initiative to drive results from lead generation to order intake and client retention
We are seeking an experienced professional with a university or technical university degree and good or very good results. A background in B2B sales or account management is essential, with experience using CRM tools. Excellent negotiation skills and empathy are crucial for this role. Additionally, you should have an innovative and ambitious mindset, with a strong willingness to 'push the envelope.'
