About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Sales Specialist to join our team at Flowserve SIHI Germany GmbH. As a Mechanical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Nord-Rhein-Westfalen region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Bid on and win new orders for pumps, mechanical seals, service & solutions offerings
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide technical and commercial support to ensure successful order execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the rotating equipment industry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
