Business Development Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that focuses on business development and sales strategy for a rapidly growing organization within Amazon Freight. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, collaborate with senior stakeholders to build and implement strategic programs, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Create and optimize pipeline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability from prospect to product launch.
- Lead Generation: Analyze pipeline quality to support the marketing team in generating high-quality leads.
About the Team
Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help drive business growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal German
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience working in supply chain, freight industries, or consultancy
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
