Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in the East Region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our restaurant acquisition efforts and leading a team of Restaurant Partnership Managers. Your primary goal will be to identify and acquire new restaurant partners, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive business growth in the East Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new restaurant partners in the East Region
  • Lead a team of Restaurant Partnership Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Manage sales performance, set KPIs, and provide performance feedback to team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with key restaurant partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German and English
