As a Sales Team Lead for the DACH region, you will be responsible for expanding and leading a strong high-performing account management team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your team will drive revenue growth via an up and cross-sell motion. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing a team of 6 account managers, developing strategic sales plays, and fostering strong relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the DACH Account Management team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Manage and expand regional territories, focusing on nurturing existing accounts.
