Job Title: Area Sales Manager North-East Germany
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in North-East Germany. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing relationships with existing national key accounts and hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute account plans to meet turnover targets and ensure our products achieve their sales goals.
- Maintain and improve both numeric and qualitative distribution, potentially expanding it to meet targets.
- Analyze and report sales results, making timely adjustments to sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care, and After-Sales departments to maintain optimal customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated and solid experience in sales and a background in the German market.
- Fluent command of the German language and ability to communicate in English.
- Independent, mature, and responsible, with a driver's license.
- Proactive and able to plan your own agenda, suggest improvement plans, and report back to your manager.
- Relationship-focused and data-driven, with a clear course and the ability to lead.

What We Offer:
- A permanent contract and full-time employment (39 hours).
- An annual salary of €70,000 max. based on experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
- A 20% sales bonus plan and a 13th month every year.
- 13.96 salary payments throughout the year.
- 27 vacation days (+ pink Monday) in the case of full-time employment.
- A company car according to our lease plan.
- A credit card for expenses and arrangements for budget around overnight stays, lunch, dinner, etc.
- Travel expenses, use of a laptop, and telephone.
