Sales Region Manager

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to customers in the South-East sales region, including technical assistance for original equipment manufacturers.
- Secure and expand business in the sales region through continuous order acquisition and sales responsibility.
- Identify customer potential and market trends, and acquire new customers to drive growth.
- Promote products and the company through presentations and demonstrations.
- Initiate new applications and support the development of new and existing products.
- Collaborate in the market launch of new products.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a STEM field or equivalent qualification is required. Career changers are welcome.
- Basic technical and commercial knowledge is essential.
- Experience in selling complex products that require explanation and advice is desirable.
- A sales-oriented attitude, open-mindedness, and excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Independent working style and confident handling of IT applications are required.
- A Class B driving license is necessary.
- Excellent German and good English language skills are essential.
