At think-cell, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead to spearhead our DACH sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region. Your expertise in account management, sales strategy, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and execution, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer enablement teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Your Profile:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally within a product-led-growth organization.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven success in building relationships and driving growth with large accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European language is a plus.
