Enterprise Sales Professional

think-cell Software GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Switzerland. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a territory, focusing on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a territory with a focus on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
- Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct cold calls and reach out to new teams at existing customers to explain the value proposition, demonstrate solutions, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals.
- Run account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach, customized to the individual customer.
- Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles.
- Follow up on leads and inbound requests in your territory and maximize conversion rate of trials.
- Localize and run marketing campaigns – with support from our central team.
- Enable post-deal product adoption (e.g. trainings) supported by a central enablement team.
- Monitor customer health, detect and prevent churn.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g. account mgmt., sales, customer success, business development) in SaaS / software or tech company – ideally in a start-up or scale-up setting.
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in business or computer science, or related field.
- Local work experience in Switzerland.
- Experience in navigating organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large customers.
- Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io).
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Appreciation of our product – willingness to understand think-cell's product is a must (don't worry, it's very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, minimum of 3 days/week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and 2 Swiss languages is a must, any additional European language is a plus.
