Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional. Located in Berlin, Germany, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing tech start-up in the field of digital product development.
As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships. This will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting.
Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our engineering software solutions. You will also stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and news sources to remain informed about the evolving dynamics of the corporate world.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a charismatic storyteller, challenge customer thinking, and handle objections with charm to spark interest and generate demand. You will also lead customers with clarity, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and manage stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the CAE market. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for navigating complex enterprise sales processes. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is also required.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the CAE market. Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, CAD, CAE, CFD, and FEM is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, as well as experience with sales intelligence software, such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Cognism, is also an advantage.
