About the Role
At Workday GmbH (Euro), our Enterprise Sales Professionals play a key role in driving new customer growth through strategic account planning and execution.
This team of professionals is responsible for guiding new customers through a journey that enables them to leave legacy platforms behind and adopt a new class of enterprise management cloud solutions.
We believe that partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value is crucial to their success.
We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied from day one and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and share Workday value propositions
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

About You:
Basic Qualifications- Prior experience in cloud business application sales leading complex sales cycles end-to-end
- Experience in selling to C-level in a strong team selling environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
Other Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
