As part of our dynamic Enterprise Sales team, you will lead the charge in driving business growth across the DACH region. Reporting directly to our VP of Enterprise Sales, you will oversee a talented team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, guiding them towards unparalleled success in securing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.



Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team as a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in complex B2B sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to capture new revenue streams, drive account expansion, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers, expand existing relationships, and foster long-term partnerships within the DACH region.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
  • Mentor and develop your team members, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their full potential and stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration, promoting open communication and a shared commitment to excellence throughout the organization.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 7+ years of managerial experience in complex B2B sales, preferably from the tech and software industries. You should possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to motivate and grow high-performing teams. A strong understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis are also essential.



Bonus Skills:


  • 10+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably from the tech and software industries.
  • A solid understanding of how to drive successful B2B sales across multiple markets.
  • Great relationship-building qualities, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other typical systems like Keynote.
  • Possess a passion for helping prospective customers scale up their business through Music, Media, and SaaS solutions.


Salary Estimate: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
