Sales Director Role

We are seeking a high-energy, high-performing Sales Director to drive sales at the largest and most strategic companies in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar software sales opportunities, with strong experience engaging stakeholders throughout the customer organization. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading our AI initiatives with the largest and most strategic companies in the DACH Region, closing multi-million-dollar sales opportunities, and driving a quality end-to-end sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our AI initiatives with the largest and most strategic companies in the DACH Region
  • Closing multi-million-dollar sales opportunities through engaging in multi-level client relationships
  • Drive a quality end-to-end sales process starting with deeply understanding the customer's businesses and innovation requirements
  • Leverage modern digital selling tools to understand customers and build strategic plans to achieve sales goals
  • Help customers envision the value of our AI-powered platform while giving them a world-class sales engagement experience

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar software sales opportunities
  • Strong experience engaging stakeholders throughout the customer organization
  • Trusted advisor executive presence with a keen sense of the uniqueness of the customer's business
  • Strong technical chops in the Software Delivery Life Cycle or other technically complex platform solution
  • Go-getter attitude with the drive to create excitement around our solutions and transforming how they deliver value
