We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our dynamic Consumer Healthcare team. As a key member of our Market Insights department, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market research plans to inform business strategies and drive growth
- Lead primary market research projects, including vendor selection, project management, and data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fact-based insights and data-driven decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor moves, and consumer needs to inform business strategies
- 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
- Proven track record of managing large-scale market research projects and communicating insights to stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
