Job Title: Senior Manager Consumer Healthcare Market Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Consumer Healthcare Market Insights team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market research plans to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position on the market.
  • Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics.
  • Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources.
  • Lead all primary market research in assigned Consumer Healthcare categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and facilitate best-practice sharing.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence.
  • Proven ability to manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau.
