Senior Market Research Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market research plans to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position on the market
- Provide in-depth analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics
- Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
- Lead primary market research projects, defining objectives, selecting vendors, and delivering results on time and budget
- Contribute to process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and best-practice sharing
- Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a Consumer Healthcare company
- Proven ability to design, conduct, and evaluate primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare
- Expertise in data analysis (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
