About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our market research efforts in Consumer Healthcare. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our business forward, deeply understanding market trends, consumer needs, competitor moves, and company performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute market research plans to support informed strategies and tactics for a greater business impact
- Lead all primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget
- Work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network
- Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline
- 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a Consumer Healthcare company
- Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams
- Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
