Senior Market Research Consultant

Join Stada, a leading global pharmaceutical company, as a Senior Manager Consumer Healthcare Market Insights. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in driving our Consumer Healthcare business forward by generating insights that inform our strategies and tactics.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our market research efforts in Consumer Healthcare. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for creating meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources. You will also review and challenge our CHC brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget.
- Work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network.
- Develop and execute market research plans to support informed strategies and tactics for a greater business impact.
- 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, obtained in a market research agency or in a Consumer Healthcare company.
- Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to drive fact-based and data-driven insights using multiple research and analytic techniques.
- Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams.
- Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills.
