Senior Market Research Consultant

About the RoleAs Senior Manager for Market Insights, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business forward. You will deeply understand market trends, consumer needs, competitor moves, and company performance to support informed strategies and tactics for a greater business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
- Review and challenge CHC brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans
- Lead all primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget
- Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or research-related discipline
- 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a market research agency or Consumer Healthcare company
- Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to drive fact-based and data-driven insights using multiple research and analytic techniques
- Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams
- Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
