Senior Manager Market Research Job Description

At STADA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Market Research to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Consumer Healthcare Business, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market research plans to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position in the market
  • Provide in-depth analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics
  • Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Lead primary market research projects, including defining project objectives, vendor selection, and project management
  • Contribute to process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and best-practice sharing
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
  • Proven ability to design, conduct, and evaluate primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in presenting data-driven insights to cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau
