Job Title: Senior Market Research Manager - Consumer Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Research Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market research plans to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position on the market
  • Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics
  • Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Lead all primary market research in assigned Consumer Healthcare categories
  • Contribute to continuous process optimization and facilitate best-practice sharing
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or research-related discipline
  • 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
  • Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare
  • Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects
  • Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
