Senior Market Research Consultant

About the RoleAs a Senior Manager for Market Insights, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business forward. You will work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network to develop and execute market research plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage market research plans to support informed strategies and tactics for business impact
- Lead primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate actionable insights and drive business decisions
- 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
- Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare
- Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects
- Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
