Strategic Partner Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team at weeve GmbH.
About usWeeve is a Berlin-based software startup, built in the German leading venture studio Next Big Thing. Our groundbreaking IoT data management platform provides the building blocks that enable companies to turn data generated by their machines or connected assets into useful insight and business value.
About the roleIn this key position, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to develop strong partnerships with top-tier partners, driving sales of our innovative software solutions on an international basis. As a quota-bearing and self-efficient sales expert, you will lead the sales process from active lead generation to closing of deals with our partners, including offers and contract negotiations along the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- BUILDING PARTNERSHIP STRATEGIES: Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with top-tier partners.
- SALES PROCESS LEADERSHIP: Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including offers and contract negotiations.
- PARTNER MANAGEMENT: Manage and maintain existing partner relationships, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- PIPELINE MANAGEMENT: Execute active pipeline management, both internally and externally, to drive revenue growth.
- EVENT PARTICIPATION: Participate in events and trade-shows on an international basis to extend our market reach and partner network.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ENTERPRISE PARTNER MANAGEMENT
- STRONG SALES PERSONALITY WITH A SOLID WORK EXPERIENCE IN COMPLEX SALES SCENARIOS
- EXCELLENT NETWORKING SKILLS WITH A STRONG ACTIVE RELATIONSHIP NETWORK OF VARs, SIs, STRATEGIC CONSULTANCY FIRMS AND OTHER KEY PLAYERS IN THE INDUSTRY
- LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH ON BUSINESS NEGOTIATION LEVEL
- WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL UP TO 40% OF THE TIME
