Job Description

This is a full-time role central to our mission of becoming a household name in the geospatial technology industry. The position offers a hybrid work model with an in-office presence in Berlin, Germany, and work-from-home flexibility.

  • You will collaborate closely with our CEO to align on high-level strategy and sales goals.
  • Relentless in driving sales growth, you will proactively generate leads, qualify high-potential prospects, and manage end-to-end sales opportunities to close deals efficiently.
  • You will develop and execute strategic, results-focused sales plans that align with Mapular's core value proposition in sectors such as infrastructure, transport, smart cities, real estate, and the public sector.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent German and English skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tech sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM software, and sales management tools.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and contributing to projects with social and environmental impact.
