Sales Professional DACH

Role Overview:
As a key member of our Sales team at Personio, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business in Germany. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new medium-sized businesses and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities in the medium-sized market.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to fill your pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- Qualification and Conversion: You will drive a thorough discovery process to understand the needs of our customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with our Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Data Management and Forecasting: Maintain accurate data in our CRM, forecast sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales funnel efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in new business SaaS sales.
- A proven track record of developing creative prospecting strategies.
- Excellent qualification skills to create a need to act on a functional and company level.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, preferably MEDDIC.
- Native German speaker or equivalent C2 level and fluent in English (business language).
