At Magic Bee, we're seeking a talented Sales Professional to play a vital role in supporting our sales strategies and contributing to the growth of our brand. Our product lineup includes Immune Support droppers, Energy Boosters, Propolis Throat Spray, Bee Pollen, and Pure Honey, all derived from a distinct natural honey sourced from the southern Brazilian Rainforest.

The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our sales and business development efforts, working closely with our team to promote wellness through our organic products. We're a small team, and this role offers a unique opportunity to be heavily involved in the core of our venture development and vision.

You'll work on a variety of commercially oriented tasks, including sales & business development, and will have the chance to create workflows mainly in outbound sales and commercial departments. Your communication and follow-up skills will be crucial in building relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of business principles and an interest in startup building
  • Experience with marketing and sales activities from previous work experiences / internships
  • Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Dicipline, motivation, persuasive and persistence with communications skills

Tasks:

Your tasks:

  • Mapping all the shops, pharmacies and markets that sells organic products and focus in the sustainability market. (aprox. 50)
  • Door-to-Door role with our product - find the responsible buyer in order to place Magic Bee on the market shelf, as a test product at first.
  • Creating workflows mainly in outbound sales and commercial departments
  • Communication and follow up with the potential clients
