Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Bayer & Kastner GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing workplace service delivery to meet SLAs and KPIs
  • Coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance activities
  • Collecting and maintaining building records, including asset registers and certification
  • Conducting regular building inspections and job-walks with vendors
  • Managing local vendor relationships and quarterly business reviews
  • Overseeing cleaning activities, audits, and service levels
  • Providing incident reports and coordinating with local security vendors
  • Supporting environmental, health, and safety initiatives
  • Managing real estate and workplace services documentation
  • Project managing small office renovation projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Technical or engineering background preferred
  • Vendor management experience is a must
  • Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
