National Key Account Sales Manager

Festo Corporation is seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and improving sales activities for national key accounts and complex customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize Festo's market share.
  • Develop and execute account management plans to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships.
  • Negotiate local and international contracts to drive business growth.
  • Manage and support international projects with key accounts.
  • Ensure maximum cooperation with and between account teams and other departments within Festo.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Electric Automation, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • 3-5 years' external experience in direct sales and/or project management within sales organizations.
  • Basic knowledge in the industry segment area in which the key account is dedicated.
