Sales Director, Enterprise Solutions

EcoVadis is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise sales team in Berlin, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the DACH region
- Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
