Enterprise Sales Manager

As a leading provider of data-driven mobility solutions, we're seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Germany. With a focus on expanding sales across pan-European operating accounts, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to meeting sales goals and EU revenue growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Establish initiatives and processes to maximize assigned account potential.
- Define Europe-wide account plans for assigned accounts (prospects/customers).
- Achieve growth revenue and sales targets by managing a set of global and regional accounts.
- Win and expand contracts with assigned prospects and customers.
- Design and implement a strategy to win and grow these accounts.
- Facilitate regional sales to plan, win, and grow business for assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, preferably at director level and above (Customer DMU - General Management, Finance, HR, IT, Fleet Management).
- Keep up-to-date with market knowledge for current regions and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Ensure correct follow-up and communication of the global account plan.
- Primary: Target achievement, new business, and annual revenue growth.
- Engagement with regional sales for assigned accounts.
- Relationship building in Customer DMU (General Management, Finance, HR, IT, Fleet Management).
- Forecasting.
- Pipeline review.
- Regional sales leader, Director Enterprise, Project Management, Customer Success, (Regional) Marketing, Product Management, and regional sales reps across the EU.
To succeed as an Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll need:
- Successful earlier experience as a sales rep, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Worked with Enterprise accounts in a multi-country, multi-level environment (e.g., company owning large fleets like DHL, Falck, G4S, Ecolab, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural and country environment.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to affect and influence stakeholders.
- Analytic and strategic skills, sense of priority, long-term planning.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops and trainings.
- Resilient, independent, and self-reliant: work autonomously with little supervision.
- Excellent communication skills: public speaking, verbal, and written in German and English.
- Soft skills/competencies: Results-oriented, Team player, Positive attitude, Strategic thinking, Vision planning, Innovating skills.
