We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop new revenue streams for our English and German speaking markets.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to exceed targets and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with account leadership and product partners through solution-based selling techniques.
  • Prospect new account opportunities and deliver sales and revenue growth.
  • Respond to RFPs with compelling business cases and expert knowledge of our Enterprise Project offerings.
  • Establish and manage contractual agreements with corporate clients and strategic partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, with a strong recognition of business opportunities.
  • Experience in business development and sales, ideally with face-to-face and telecommunication skills.
  • Strong experience with solution and/or consultative selling techniques.
  • A good understanding of the Home and Living space, including key players and business metrics.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
