The Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to co-lead and co-planify our annual commercial process, including Go To Market, Professional Oral Care & Mass-Market Commercial Meetings. This role involves defining and implementing investment priorities in channels, customers, category and brand priorities, as well as championing Gross-to-Net management.

You will work closely with the Marketing Pricing Team to structure, prioritize, monitor, and improve processes involving the Sales Team. Your responsibilities will also include planning the annual negotiation process, developing SOPs for Sales processes, and maintaining the Sales KPI & management reporting system.

As a trainer and first point of contact for business-critical processes, you will participate in cross-functional and cross-country projects involving the Sales Team and drive simplification and standardization within Customer Development.

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience in Customer Development, including customer engagement, GTN management, and complex negotiations with retailers.
  • Experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing with proficiency in process management and leveraging category, shopping, channel, and customer marketing fundamentals.
  • Able to leverage various forms of data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of internal and external financial KPIs.
  • Excellent training and didactic skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional matrix organizations.
