As a key player in the EMEA region, you will drive growth and create long-term value for our clients in the Inspection Service Providers sector. Your primary goal is to cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring these partnerships are both productive and enduring.

Your Responsibilities
  • You identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within key accounts, fueling revenue growth.
  • You ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and resolving issues, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • You develop and execute customized account plans that align with client goals and deliver maximum value.
  • You meet or exceed sales targets, driving success with clear, measurable results.
  • You partner with internal teams to align strategies and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • You stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities across the EMEA region, providing clients with valuable insights.
  • You navigate contract negotiations to secure win-win agreements, maximizing benefit for both parties.
  • You track account performance using defined metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
About You
  • A university degree, preferably a Master's, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement.
  • Over five years of relevant sales experience, ideally with a strong track record in the ISP or a related industry.
  • A strong technical understanding and passion for complex technology solutions.
  • Proven success as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the Inspection Service Providers sector, with deep knowledge of industry regulations.
  • A true passion for sales and a drive to close deals, combining strategic insight with execution focus.
  • Proficiency in developing long-term strategic plans that align with both client and company objectives.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and confidence among key clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to craft agreements that benefit both parties.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • High proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent self-organization, motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a readiness to travel as needed.
