We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Growth Manager to drive growth and create long-term value across the Inspection Service Providers in the EMEA region.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a sales professional to cultivate strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will develop and execute customized account plans that align with client goals and deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring productive and enduring partnerships.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within key accounts, fueling revenue growth.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and resolving issues, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Develop and execute customized account plans that align with client goals and deliver maximum value.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving success with clear, measurable results.
- Partner with internal teams to align strategies and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities across the Inspection Service Providers EMEA region.
- Navigate contract negotiations to secure win-win agreements, maximizing benefit for both the company and the client.
- Regularly track account performance using defined metrics, identifying and seizing opportunities for improvement.
- A university degree, preferably a Master's, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement.
- Over five years of relevant sales experience, ideally with a strong track record in the ISP or a related industry.
- A strong technical understanding and passion for complex technology solutions.
- Proven success as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the Inspection Service Providers sector, with deep knowledge of industry regulations.
- A true passion for sales and a drive to close deals, combining strategic insight with execution focus.
- Proficiency in developing long-term strategic plans that align with both client and company objectives.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and confidence among key clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to craft agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
- An ability to manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery of client requirements.
- High proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent self-organization, motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a readiness to travel as needed.
- A competitive salary range: €90,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
