Breeze Technologies UG is a leading startup in the field of air quality sensors, data analytics, and clean air action strategies. We support cities, businesses, and NGOs to monitor hyperlocal air quality and design efficient clean air action plans using Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things.

Our team develops innovative hardware – air quality sensors – and software – Environmental Intelligence Cloud – at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. This enables our customers to generate local air quality insights and create a healthier environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an Air Quality Partnership and Sales Development Manager to join our business team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing partnerships, identifying new joint opportunities, and developing business proposals to win those opportunities.

  • Work with our partners to identify new joint opportunities and develop joint solution concepts and business proposals.
  • Keep track of the state of our partnership and work towards tightening the bonds between our organizations.

You will also focus on sales and business development, including:

  • Keeping up with market developments and identifying potential leads and new target audiences.
  • Gathering market feedback to inform our future product development.
  • Reaching out to potential customers, supporting them through our sales funnel, and proposing solutions for their individual challenges.
  • Presenting Breeze Technologies at national and international events.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, business development, account management, or partner management. You should have previous experience working with CRMs and similar sales support software.

You will ideally have previous experience in governmental technologies, industry, and/or facilities, as well as proposal writing for public tenders.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to adapt quickly to different types of partners and customers. You should care about our environment and speak German and English fluently.
