Job Overview

Total System Services Processing Europe seeks an experienced Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
  • BUILD AND NURTURE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO EXPAND OUR MARKET PRESENCE
  • CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • PARTNER WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DEVELOP STRATEGIC SALES PLANS
  • MANAGE THE SALES PROCESS FROM PROSPECTING TO CLOSED DEALS
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the payments processing industry is preferred but not required.
