About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Auto Grill GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets for our Fiat Professional transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including negotiation and closing deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Fiat Professional.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation solutions and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license (B and C1 categories).
