Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung des Bereichs Event Sales für mehrere Leonardo Hotels in der Region
  • Führung des Event Sales Teams, einschließlich Mitarbeitergespräche, Personalplanung und Organisation
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Budgetziele durch eine strategische Preisgestaltung, um den bestmöglichen Verkauf und die höchste Auslastung unserer Veranstaltungsräume und Hotelzimmer zu sichern
  • Entwicklung neuer und Umsetzung bestehender Verkaufsstrategien sowie deren Anpassung an die aktuelle Buchungslage
  • Umsetzung von Standards und Sicherstellung einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit
  • Erstellung und Genehmigung von Angeboten, Prognosen, Statistiken und Budgets
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Sales- und Revenue-Team sowie den Hotelmanagements
  • Reporting an den Leiter Event Sales Zentraleuropa & Cluster General Manager
Dein Profil
  • SEI DU SELBST - Sei authentisch und zeige Deine Persönlichkeit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Eventmanagement ist wünschenswert
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Eventverkauf oder Eventmanagement
  • Verkäuferisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen
