We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Auto Grill GmbH & Co. KG as an Automobilverkäufer Fiat Professional Transporter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our Fiat Professional vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice and personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Support: Guide customers through the purchasing process, presenting vehicles and coordinating deliveries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Account Management: Manage all sales processes from initial contact to after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Acquire used vehicles at competitive prices, ensuring our inventory is up-to-date and meets customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Training: Completed commercial training and experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with Fiat Professional Products: Familiarity with Fiat Professional products, services, and IT systems preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and sales abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
  • Technical Understanding: Technical understanding of vehicles and customer needs.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's licenses B and C1.
