Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and proposals to meet business objectives.
  • Manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular sales and marketing reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management or sales and marketing in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
