Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market analysis and research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and proposals to meet business objectives.
- Manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management or sales and marketing in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
