About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager SaaS to join our team at inveox GmbH. As a Sales Manager SaaS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Forge strong relationships with existing and new healthcare clients, particularly those sending samples
  • Cultivate long-lasting partnerships and close contracts with key decision-makers
  • Proactively seek out potential customers within the healthcare industry and initiate meaningful conversations about our products and services
  • Utilize persuasive prowess to showcase the unique advantages of our SaaS applications to potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to streamline the customer acquisition process and refine our offerings
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers and contribute to revenue growth
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts, to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Education in medical device, pharma, medicine, or related healthcare fields, combined with a passion for IT and software solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivation and a proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Native German speaker with a solid command of English
