Merantix Momentum is a pioneering AI technology service provider transforming industries and organizations through innovative solutions. As a Sales Manager focused on Manufacturing, your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption and sales of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within manufacturing companies. You will leverage our expertise in AI research, development, and implementation to offer cutting-edge solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive client business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research and identify potential manufacturing clients who can benefit from AI solutions provided by Merantix Momentum. Generate leads, cold calls, and initiate contact with decision-makers in these organizations to introduce Merantix Momentum's AI offerings;
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to deeply understand their manufacturing challenges, pain points, and strategic objectives. Provide consultative guidance on how Merantix Momentum's AI technologies can address these challenges and help them achieve their goals effectively;
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and understand their long-term strategic goals and establish yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry knowledge, understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to solve their specific challenges;
- Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate closely with the Merantix Momentum technical team, including AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers, to develop customized AI solutions that meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients;
- Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive sales proposals and quotations that address client requirements and highlight the value of Merantix Momentum's AI solutions;
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Merantix Momentum's AI solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to address implementation issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business;
- Proven experience in sales (2 to 4 years), preferably within the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of technologies and their applications in manufacturing, such as machine learning, computer vision, robotics, and process automation;
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, quality standards, supply chain management, and operational challenges faced by manufacturers;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English) to effectively articulate the value proposition of Merantix Momentum's AI solutions to diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
