About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in databases, search engines, and machine learning to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with our clients to design and implement innovative solutions leveraging Qdrant's vector database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of our products into their existing systems.
  • Solution Design: Architect scalable and efficient solutions utilizing Qdrant's vector database and cloud offerings, driving client success and satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth guidance on best practices for integrating Qdrant's products, empowering clients to maximize their potential.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Workshops & Training: Lead technical workshops and training sessions for clients and partners, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, including engineering and product development, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Feedback Contribution: Relay client feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap, driving continuous improvement.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on the latest trends in vector search, machine learning, and database technologies, applying this expertise to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of database systems: Experience with various database management systems, including NoSQL and relational databases.
  • Search Engine Experience: Proficiency in search engines like Elasticsearch or Solr, with a solid understanding of query optimization and indexing techniques.
  • Vector Database Knowledge: Strong proficiency in vector databases and understanding of vector search concepts, including nearest neighbors and similarity metrics.
  • Programming Skills: Excellent programming skills in languages like Python, with experience in developing scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS or GCP, with a solid understanding of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
